Well you would not think that a toothbrush could be reinvented to the point where you would say it is groundbreaking. But . . . the Feno is just that! Very simple to use and the it makes thorough brushing fast and easy. The brush has a simple interface without complicated 'guidance' on how to brush and where to focus. In less than a minute your teeth are very clean. Simple, smart and great results. It deserves even more than 5 stars! Also, the foam is very easy to use and effective and compliments the simplicity of the device.

Very well packaged and presented on arrival - High Tech image. Only crazy thing is the tubes containing the foam are impossible to pull open! I tried all four that I had and all of them were stuck fast! One assumes they should pull apart or twist open. In the end I carefully used a craft knife to get in, worried about puncturing the bottle. My recommendation is to cut carefully around the beige disk at the top of the tube (see photo, the bottles don't arrive looking like the pic in the Founders Edition).
The sizing for the mouthpiece is done easily before placing the order. In use it's really quite strange the first couple of times but one gets used to the method of using it. And it works in the 20 seconds well, teeth feel clean, though not as 'tingly clean' as using regular toothpaste and brushing for longer. But I like the process. Only been using it a week and a little concerned that the first bottle of foam is almost empty - the Feno web site, I see today, says three bottles is good enough for three months. And I have been what I call frugal in applying the foam to the brush. So the cost of ownership may turn out to be higher in running costs. I'll monitor carefully my use of the next full bottle and update this. So far, apart from the comments above, I like the device, it's fun to use and very time efficient and really feels like it's covering every part of every tooth. Might need to reduce the 5 stars if the Foam is not as economical as they suggest! Currently I'd…
