International Refund & Replacement Policy
For customers outside the U.S.
At Feno, we’re redefining oral care—wherever you are in the world. Below is everything you need to know about refunds, replacements, and shipping if you’re ordering from outside the United States.
🔁 Replacements
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or a functional issue, we’ve got you covered.
- We will cover shipping costs for your first replacement—no matter the issue.
- For any additional replacements, shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the replacement.
⚠️ If the issue is caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear, it may not qualify for replacement. Our team is happy to help assess—just reach out.
💸 Refunds
Changed your mind or something came up? Here’s how refunds work for international orders:
- If your order has been delivered, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. You’ll need to return the product in its original condition, and return shipping is your responsibility.
- If your order has not shipped yet or is not in transit, you can request a refund at any time.
- If the order is already in transit, we can’t issue a refund until the item is returned to us.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. We highly recommend monitoring your shipment until it arrives.
- Feno is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If a package goes missing while in transit or is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- In these cases, refunds or replacements may not be possible unless the item is returned to us.
🏠 Incorrect or Changed Address
Please double-check your shipping details when placing your order.
- Feno is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or any address changes made after the order is shipped.
- If your package is returned to us due to an address issue, we can re-ship it once shipping costs are covered by you.
📱 Feno App Availability
The most recent version Feno App is currently available worldwide on Apple (iOS) devices via the App Store.
