Yes, when you first try the Feno, it is awkward and cumbersome but then once you get the hang of it, you can’t believe you’ve ever lived a day without it. My teeth feel and look cleaner and it makes me feel confident that I spent enough attention to them during a brushing session. Feno has had its kinks, but luckily the customer service is very easy to contact and they are very helpful.

Firstly, Dani from the Feno Customer Experience Team has provided an absolutely world class standard of customer support to me from start to finish with my Feno international order. Customer support in general doesn’t get any better than Dani, so thank you very much again for everything you’ve helped me with, it’s been greatly appreciated! :-)
Secondly, overall I think the Feno Smartbrush is a 5 star brushing experience and I love it. The only negative for me is that, after using a plaque disclosing tablet, I found that it misses a few areas, but that could be due to some crooked teeth.
Honestly, though, that’s a minor issue.. because over the last five years, I’ve developed very severe OCD when brushing my teeth. It’s mentally and physically draining, which is why I purchased the Feno Smartbrush in hope that it will eventually help snap me out of my daily brushing routine.
