If you're calculating pure dollar-for-dollar ROI, this probably isn’t the product that “pays for itself”—and that’s fine. Not everything needs to be a financial decision. I’ve always hated brushing my teeth—strange thing to admit, but true. This is the first product that’s made me actually enjoy it. It turns the whole process into something almost gamified: a quick, engaging, 30-second routine that feels more like a small win than a chore. Instead of dreading a couple minutes of brushing, I’m tracking progress and getting through something I need to do in a way that actually feels good.
I would recommend this for the super busy adult or the super ADHD child. I'm a huge fan.

I’ve always been really particular about my teeth. I’ve invested in electric toothbrushes, dental tools, and anything that keeps my smile and gums healthy. Even just a few days into using the FENO toothbrush, I can already tell the cleaning is on another level. It’s super thorough and way more intentional along the gumline, which is usually where I struggle with sensitivity. This brush actually feels like it gets every surface, and that gives me a lot of confidence that my whole mouth is being taken care of.
Even with the best electric toothbrushes, you never really know if you’re catching everything, especially around the gums. With this one, I feel like I finally am. I also like the scanning feature—haven’t used it much yet, but I’m sure I’ll get into it.
The toothpaste tastes great and works really well. Just a note for anyone who cares about fluoride: FENO’s paste doesn’t include it, so if that’s important to you, you may want to supplement with a fluoride option as well.
Overall, I’m impressed. This brush feels intentional, effective, and honestly kind of next-level for gum and tooth health.

Yes, when you first try the Feno, it is awkward and cumbersome but then once you get the hang of it, you can’t believe you’ve ever lived a day without it. My teeth feel and look cleaner and it makes me feel confident that I spent enough attention to them during a brushing session. Feno has had its kinks, but luckily the customer service is very easy to contact and they are very helpful.
