How to Use Your Feno Hub

Your Feno Hub is designed to make charging and drying your Smartbrush simple. Follow the steps below to get started.

 

 

1. Unpack and Connect

  • Inside the Feno Hub, you’ll find the wall adapter.

  • Take it out of the packaging and connect the fixed USB-C cable from the hub to the adapter. (Note: the USB-C cable is built into the hub and cannot be removed.)

  • Insert the drip tray inside

 

 

 

2. Power On

  • Plug the wall adapter into a power outlet.

  • The hub will turn on and you’ll see a white light on the front.

 

3. Insert Your Smartbrush

  • Place your Feno Smartbrush into the hub.

  • The front light will switch from white to blue.

  • Charging will begin automatically, and the fan will start running.

 

4. Understand the Light Signals

The LED light on the front of the hub shows you what’s happening:

  • White → Hub is powered on, no brush inside

  • Blue → Fan is running

  • Slow pulsing light → Smartbrush is charging

 

5. Control the Fan

  • On the back of the hub, you’ll find a touch button.

  • Tap once → Fan off, LED turns red

  • Tap again → Fan on, LED returns to blue


Hub Care Tips


Regular care keeps your Smartbrush experience smooth and hygienic.
  • Wipe the exterior once or twice a week using disinfectant wipes to remove residue or dust.
  • Check inside the Hub for any water buildup. If you notice moisture, dry it thoroughly with a disinfectant wipe.
  • Do not submerge, fill, or place the Hub near water. Exposure to water can damage internal components.
