Feno Pre-Order Agreement Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) apply only to the placing of a preorder/reservation (a “Preorder”) with Feno Labs, Inc. (referred to as “Feno”, “us”, “we”, or “our” as the context may require) for a Toothbrush (a “Toothbrush”). Please read all of these Terms carefully before submitting your Preorder. By submitting your Preorder, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

  1. Obligations. Each Preorder you submit for a Smartbrush will act as a deposit for a future purchase of a Smartbrush. Despite submitting a Preorder, you are under no obligation to purchase a Smartbrush from us. Accordingly, we are under no obligation to supply you with a Smartbrush. These Terms do not constitute an agreement for the sale of a Smartbrush. Furthermore, these Terms do not guarantee pricing, a delivery date, a configuration, or any other detail about the Smartbrush. All pictures of the Smartbrush on our website are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute specifications of the Smartbrush. In order to purchase a Smartbrush, you will need to agree to additional terms and conditions. At any time, we may decline Preorders at our sole discretion. If your Preorder is declined, you will be notified, and your payment will be refunded.
  2. Your Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided to us is true and accurate upon placing a Preorder for a Smartbrush. It is your responsibility to always keep this information current by emailing support@feno.co. We are not liable for inaccurate or outdated information. Furthermore, by placing a Preorder, you (a) are the older of (i) at least 18 years of age or (ii) legal age to form a binding contract with us, and (b) are not prohibited from accessing or using our website or any of its contents, goods, or services by applicable law.
  3. Deposit. You will pay the amount (the “Deposit”) indicated on the Site when you place a Preorder. When you place a Preorder, you agree to pay the Deposit using one of the approved payment methods.
  4. No Guarantees. There is no guarantee as to time of delivery. Your priority will be set by the date of payment of your Deposit, our manufacturing schedule, and our delivery and service operations availability.
  5. Cancellation/Refund. You may cancel your Preorder and receive a full refund of your Deposit at any time prior to order confirmation email by sending an email to support@feno.co from the email address you used to place your Preorder or an updated address you have added to your account by contacting support@feno.co. You will receive your refund within approximately 7-10 business days. We may cancel your Preorder at any time and will issue a refund of your Deposit.
