I’ve own this product for a little over a week and will update in a month or so if there is any deviation.
First off, high quality product. The initial price tag of $300 for the founders kit might deter some buyers but everything that comes in the kit will make you realize it is actually a great deal, especially when everything in the kit is high quality. The brush only takes 20-30 seconds (you can adjust how long you want it to brush for) and it is INSANE how well it cleans your teeth. Every time I’ve brushed, I can’t feel a single piece of plaque on my teeth, this brush leaves them silky smooth. In only 20 seconds? Nuts. The brush is built of high quality materials. And it is a good looking piece to have sitting on your bathroom counter. The scans works very well. The app works very well.
Customer support receives more than 5 stars if possible. Holy cow. My mouth piece fit just a bit too big, I wondered if I could buy an additional mouth piece that is just a tad bit smaller. Feno support responded in maybe an hour and replied “Thanks for reaching out! We’ll send you a smaller one free of charge. I just shipped it out. You should receive it soon”! Furthermore, I had multiple questions about the app, hub, smart handle, needless to say Mona from Feno and I are practically friends now 😅 and they answer quickly and seem happy to help and don’t make me feel like a burden (which is great because I feel as if I’ve bugged them too many times).
